Trading works good, but withdrawal not. I tried to withdrawal since one year and it still not worked. The support always tells my withdrawal is very low priority and it will take some time.

They are not able to proceed withdrawal, they don´t provide liqiudity, not regulated, not authorised, don´t provide any financial information.

I have been trying to withdraw my money from my account for over 2 months now and they will not release it. I have sent over 20 emails to them and they send only generic emails. They keep coming up with excuses and say they are doing "software updates" or they say there are a lot of transactions in the que.
On their website it states "Videforex processes all withdrawal requests within 1 hour."

I am out of pocket over $2,000 and I have no way of getting my money out because the platform is unregulated.

I have been waiting a month for my money.

My ID has been verified and was verified before i processed the withdrawal.

Everytime i ask for an update i get the same answer.

That my withdrawal is in a queue, when i ask what place my withdrawal is in the queue they said they cant tell me that. Which is ridiculous.

They have obviously just taken the money or dont have the money to pay out for withdrawals because they only let you top your account up with BTC and BTC is on its $#*! so they obviously cant pay people.

Write to resucrsc. Com with the referral A1 to reclaim your bitcoins, that's the only chance you've got to get your funds back. I was in this same situation losing 40k$ until I reported to them and which they helped me.

Videforex is a scam. They promise you heaven and earth to suck you in but will not allow you withdraw the money you make trading. I was with them for a while and had some gains from trading binary option but when it was time to withdraw, they starting asking weird questions and priomising more bonus and that you I should keep trading. I insisted on the withdrawal and was able to withdraw some money (my initial deposit and some profit) but when I decided to withdraw most of thg remainig funds, after several months, it was denied and their reason was {Please be advised, that your trading account was blocked in accordance to the following clause: "5.5. If the Client will breach any of the above paragraphs, the Company reserves the right to restrict the Client access to its services and make a refund of the Client's available deposit.
Termination of service and refund of the deposit will come into effect upon expiration of 5 banking days after the Client was sent a notice by e-mail provided at the time of registration of trading account."

I never breached anything and asked them to show me proof of what I breached but they keep saying they cannot disclose details of the investigation due to security reasons. So technically becasue I've been able to withdraw my initial deposit, the prevented me from withdrawing the profits with some bogus breach claim! Stay away from them!

Wow! I was reach out by Sandysfinancial via TIKTok and Instagram. She explained the process of trading. It was my first time investing in BTC with a broker, the process was smooth. My trade increased from $300.00 to $2300 overnight. Today, 4/4 she message me to said my trade would be completed. When I check my trade it increase $37,300 OMG. To good to be true. But there was a catch to purchase a package account. However, she never mentioned, excusing my trade over run. I need to buy 2,230.00 package in order to get my credit. Yeah! Not me I wont lose more money just because. She is enriching herself by scamming other. She stole my $300,00 has the audacity to said I was the worst client because I didn't agree with her in depositing more money. IF your company is not a scam I hope can get my money back, if not when you do wrong to other it will come back to you double. Please give me back my $300.00

Vide forex are scammers, they stole my money.
I have bought some call options. After having opened the positions I still had a net Liquidity of around 100$+ After a couple of seconds the broker started liquidating all my positions for no reason. It didn't even liquidate my position to the current price of the option, it liquidated it at the value of 0$. A few seconds after I noticed my account balance was 0$.

This is disgraceful and I feel like I got scammed.

To make it even worse I opened a live chat and talked with Theo A.
This person wasn't helping me in any way as he wouldn't listen to me and just told me I made a mistake and that there was no error on the platform after I provided all the info and screenshots he asked for which clearly showed that the platform was bugged.
We then proceeded to talk on the phone. Where he refused to give me his surname after I asked him repeatedly to talk with a supervisor he hung up on.
But that's all in the past now when i contacted grand recovery immediately they responded and explained all the benefits i will be getting. I hope it will help someone out there who is already frustrated by this unprofessional attitude.
