They have held my attempted withdrawls for over 4 months and counting. The withdrawl stays "Pending." I must have sent 50 messages and emails to their Support and Finance teams over the months, only getting the same Copy&Paste reply back.

I need to know... Videforex why are delaying my withdrawal... is it because I am from Lagos Nigeria...?

I have been trying to withdraw my money from my account for over 2 months now and they will not release it. I have sent over 20 emails to them and they send only generic emails. They keep coming up with excuses and say they are doing "software updates" or they say there are a lot of transactions in the que.
On their website it states "Videforex processes all withdrawal requests within 1 hour."

I am out of pocket over $2,000 and I have no way of getting my money out because the platform is unregulated.

Videforex is a scam. They promise you heaven and earth to suck you in but will not allow you withdraw the money you make trading. I was with them for a while and had some gains from trading binary option but when it was time to withdraw, they starting asking weird questions and priomising more bonus and that you I should keep trading. I insisted on the withdrawal and was able to withdraw some money (my initial deposit and some profit) but when I decided to withdraw most of thg remainig funds, after several months, it was denied and their reason was {Please be advised, that your trading account was blocked in accordance to the following clause: "5.5. If the Client will breach any of the above paragraphs, the Company reserves the right to restrict the Client access to its services and make a refund of the Client's available deposit.
Termination of service and refund of the deposit will come into effect upon expiration of 5 banking days after the Client was sent a notice by e-mail provided at the time of registration of trading account."

I never breached anything and asked them to show me proof of what I breached but they keep saying they cannot disclose details of the investigation due to security reasons. So technically becasue I've been able to withdraw my initial deposit, the prevented me from withdrawing the profits with some bogus breach claim! Stay away from them!

They are not able to proceed withdrawal, they don´t provide liqiudity, not regulated, not authorised, don´t provide any financial information.
