All the negative reviews of VictoriaHearts are correct: the site is designed on the basis of deception, they are consummate criminals, hiring the girls and selling their profiles. You never know who you are chatting with. Even if she is the real girl in the picture, it's highly likely that she is nothing more than an employee of the site. Just don't waste your time and save your money from this rip-off, fraudulent site!

I was going through looking at different women and I found the same woman in two different locations photo shopped. If I'm allowed to post it here I will try to show it to you. Victorian hearts is a total scam.

Don't fall for these pretty girls! They all belong to VH staff, purporting to be in search of relationship. But apparently, they are simply preying on your money. I'm pretty sure that they are being paid by the site.
99% of them fib about everything, most of all about their aim to have a relationship. They never want to go to the next stage ( exchanging personal contacts, having a real meeting, etc), no matter how long you have been chatting. They just have no real interest in you, me and other members because they are scammers working for the site which is run by a pack of crooks!

There are a lot of negative reviews here about Victoriahearts and that's for one very good reason, it's a huge scam site, along with the others that are run by the same people.
They have others agencies in Europe but also in the far east and they are exactly the same, just a scam to lead you on and take your money. I spent a lot with Victoriahearts, went to Ukraine twice and actually met the two women from the site, but it's all a charade with lots of meals, the interpreter at $20 per hour and what they call the agency " taxi" at RIP off prices. One of them did give me plenty of hints about what was going on and I enjoyed her company even knowing nothing would come of it.

Girls get commission from what prochatters "earn" on milking you in chat. I got contacts of 6 girls and no one would talk to me on phone or skype.
Most often it's not a real girl but a professional chat operator messaging you.

Girls don't balk at exchanging contacts. Their women are not stuck to the site and they don't just want to have shallow chats 24/7 without any steps forward. On VictoriaHearts girls tend to prematurely "fall in love" with you as long as you stay in chat with them depleting credits. You can burn your money there quicker than at a poker table with chances of winning being even more miserable.
I have a strong feeling that these girls are shills for the app and they are incentivized to keep you chatting and spending credits. The odds are stacked against you on VictoriaHearts because it's a phony scam site.

It's all fraud, folks, stay away if you don't want to burn your $, €, etc and feelings.

If I could give zero stars I would. This site is a total scam. If you reverse image the photo of these girls you will find they belong to other socialites, celebrities, models who would have no business being on this site. The genuine girls are paid for models and thus will never desire to meet with you. They will keep you on the dating site permanently simply to exhaust your bank account. They will NEVER leave the site, EVER. Jolly Romance, BravoDate, LoveSwans, VictoriaHearts are all the same platform with all the same girls. Even if you bring up these fake profiles and report them, they will be return later. I highly recommend everyone stay away.

These are cyber whores and nothing more. They lure you in with flattery, promises of love and outrageous scamming. Their pictures are photoshopped and some are very attractive. In Ukraine call girls are cheap and a lot of these girls can be bought very inexpensively. Some will send you naked photos and all will entertain your wild sexual fantasy. Save your money and go to Ukraine where you can really buy them because that is all you are doing except they don't deliver what they promised on this site.

So Aug 20,2019 I started receiving emails each day except for a 2 week period. Then they started again every day. I have gotten just under 60 so far. This person swears to god she loves me and I was meant for her. But sometimes she gets bent out of shape over nothing and I question her? Tell her I know I don't deserve the attitude. Another suspicion I noticed was that I get emails showing every email sent to the site's in box for me. But not one of her's has ever shown on my computer's email. Coincidence? Not almost 60 times. I didn't spend much money on the crazy chat pricing. But I say it's fake myself! My review would be in the minus ratings if possible. Beware that many of these sites have the same Company behind them. Do a picture scan on Google images. Interesting what comes up on these women.

I don't for certain if you actually talk with the actual "ladies" or not. You might sometimes, but not usually. At least that's my belief.

An acquaintance of mine and I spent a little money to at least nail a few fake profiles. If nothing else at least avoid these girls, unless you just want to take the chance in hopes of getting them laid some day. But DO NOT get serious with them.

These "girls" are pretty miserable

Site is a boiler room operation designed to extract money from vulnerable men. Woman asked me to purchase credits so she could pass on her contact details..." let's leave this site together honey, its a rip off "... bought the credits package... then get immediate message..." just remembered darling, this site has a filter, send another $150 and I'll get it disabled for few minutes ". When you complain to site, suddenly the girls in the profiles are independent operators and they have no control over them. Really? So where would the $150 be going then, if not in sites account. As an experiment I messaged another girl in a different city who communicated in very basic english... till it got to the request for $150. Which was in perfect English and identical to previous girl.
The women in the profiles may exist somewhere on the books of a modelling agency, but you're certainly not chatting to them.
Save your money. SCAM.

I registered Victoriahearts several days ago, and placed a 20-credit order for 9.99 GBP with my personal Paypal account. But who knows... the payment was pending. After contacting PP Customer Center, they told me the issue was caused by the merchant not yet set-up for accepting GBP currency. I wrote VH customer service for three times, but nobody got back to me! It really sucks! I am thinking a refund next Monday if there is still no reply. For a newcomer, this is definitely bad experience!

It became pretty obvious that this was fake due to the number of "canned" messages and emails which came pouring in, supposedly from such beautiful women with content that seemed, at times, invasive. Once I responded to a chat immediately, and due the lengthy time it took to get an answer, I gathered that it was just a single person, very unlikely the one in the picture, working several chats from other members simultaneously while posing to behind all the selected pictures, just as major companies have overseas customer service agents working chats. I Don't, I do occasionally just browse through the pictures without wasting any more time. After all, these are some hot looking women! Meet women on a local site (not that I have experience) or through a social club.

There's nothing legitimate about website. After creating account I've been spammed, can't delete account, and can only login (automatically, without my permission) by clicking on one of B. S. emails claiming a girl has messaged me, or has looked at my profile or other nonsense, only to find that I have no messages. I made the mistake of registering an account to check out website, not knowing it was all fake bots, claiming to be Ukrainian or Russian women interested in me and of course no local women or even any women in the United States to possibly have contact with. I should have known better, given my Bitdefender Anti-Virus software blocked website due to being potentially malicious but I gave permission to be sent to website anyway and registered. Fortunately, I have not given website any money or credit card info.

May I share a nice story even though so many people say the site is the sсam? I registered at Victoria Hearts at the beginning of this year in winter and started chatting with a pretty young woman called Julia. Her profiles looked too good to be true but after a couple of months of chatting with her only, I got her number. We switched from online communication to phone conversation. I had doubts about her coming and meeting me but we met and she was even more beautiful. She is coming to visit me soon. I don't know how our story will end but this dating services gave me a great opportunity to meet this beautiful girl.
