I wanted to order, but the pricing seemed too good to be true so I did a little bit of research on the company called the number wow this is a total scam thank God I did my research before purchasing anything! TOTAL SCAM GUYS ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH

I was shopping for a atic ladder when I clicked on the link cosco page opened up they took my money and never heard from them again. This could have been avoided if I would only read the reviews prior and not after my item didn't show up and I couldn't get hold of anyone.

I paid 35.99 for a pocketbook i have never received it! Iordered it in october 24th and it is december! I have no pocketbook and i am heartbroken but scamming people will only bring misery to the scammers!

I ordered a bag at the beginning of October and the money was taken out of my account. I had a confirmation of order but nothing since. No estimated delivery date. Nothing. I gave chased them up twice but no reply.

Bad bad company. Doesn't answer email to where order is. Got paid THANKS PAYPAL. No refund no Bag. DO NoT ORDER. Unless you to want to lose your money

I ordered two bags and they took almost 2 months to arrive. I had emailed the site that I would need the two items any longer due to a shoulder injury, the bags would be too heavy. They said that the return process couldn't start until I actually received the order. I got the order and there was a label with a California return address. I waited a couple of months and realized that I never got the refund. I emailed them and they said that they don't use a California return address, that I should have sent it back to China. By then I could not locate the return receipt that I had from the Post Office, and of course, the company is not going to refund me since I don't have a receipt nor the item or the address that was on the box. I think that it is very deceptive to have a return address on the package that they say is invalid. I lost a lot of money in the purchase and paying for the return of the order. Order No. #VC*******.
