Stay away from this site it is scam and will charge you in the wrong currency I purchased tickets for a concert in R 598.75 fand was changed to $ 598.75 dollars with no exchange rate applied. There is no recourse and no one at the company will no one will assist you. I highly suggest not using this site!
Viagogo processes credit card payments as soon as the card numbers are entered. The buyer never has the option of reviewing the purchase. As it turns out, VIAGOGO falsely claims that there are "ONLY 2 TICKETS LEFT" and inflates the prices 200% and adds an astronomical "service fee" equal to the price of the tickets. Since VIAGOGO cannot be contacted (NO EMAIL NO PHONE) I stopped payment by calling VISA. Viagogo violates the Consumer Protection Act with their fraudulent NO RETURN policy. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND AVOID THIS SITE COMPLETELY. Readers are advised to read the legal problems that they got into in England.
