DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! SCAM! COMPLETE RIP OFF! Bought tickets for Hampton Court, which should have been £130 and ended up paying £322!
I learnt my lesson the hard way - just hope that others see the review and don't get taken in by these rip off merchants. Their business should be investigated by the relevant authorities!

Queen at the O2
December 13, 2017

Complete Scam -- downloaded 2 x tickets for Queen concert at O2 last night (12/12/17).
On presentation and the O2 I was informed that the tickets were FRAUDS.
The Box Office gave me a sheet ' Information for Victims of Fraud' which I followed this morning and now have a CRIME REFERENCE NUMBER.
Do not use this site -- really beware -- David Thomson

This is by far the the WORST ticket reseller I have ever dealt with. I bought 2 debenture seats to Wimbledon 2017 received 2 tickets on the second LAST (highest) row in the arena. Ultimately, after my credit card company challenged them, they refunded the tickets, but not the cost of shipping ($140 from Canada to England) the tickets back to them, which they promised in emails to refund as well. I have repeatedly sent reminders emails to them and their response was, "Be patient, it takes time but will happen." Now, after 3 months, the case is closed and there is NOWHERE to send an email as I don't have an active case. There is NO email address listed on their site either. THE WORST and very DISHONEST.

Tickets for Eric Clapton - face value for 3 £300; cost over £600 - daylight robbery (theft). There is absolutely no justification for the extortionate booking and delivery costs.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS. I picked one star as I had to choose an option but what I wanted to do is give them NO STARS as they don't deserve any. I was searching for tickets for a show and the site kept telling me that they were either sold out or 1 or 2 left. Since I purchased the tickets from viagogo as I really thought it was sold out, I found out not only were the tickets HIGHLY INFLATED at viagogo, the venue have told me they are not sold out and I could have purchased a better seat at half the price. I've tried to make a complaint with viagogo but you are unable to speak to anybody unless the event is within 72 hours. Please be warned. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND DO NOT BOOK TICKETS WITH THEM. Sadly I learnt the hard way and now have the debt to pay

Credit Card co said woman had just had £1700 taken by same co. Same concert *******FRAUD BY MISREPRESENTATION********* ********************BUYER BEWARE******************

Some weeks ago bought tickets for a concert in Amsterdam for this Saturday 4th June. At that time there were a number of tickets available of different types and from different agents. The concert is now less than 72 hours away. I am extremely concerned that they are duplicates because Viagogo are again listing pair of tickets in the same section and row, as the ones I bought and the concert is sold out. Its highly, highly unlikely that these arent duplicates. Lord knows how many times they have been resold. So, as they ask all buyers, I emailed them my concerns immediately I recognised there might be a problem, no reply. A day later and the tickets are still up for sale. Their guarantee says they will get me into the concert. So far, I have had no indication that this will happen even though they have tickets available on their website for the concert - as they havent replied. I will let you know how this turns out! My trust in their much vaunted guarantee rests on whether they can resolve this. So far they havent even responded to me. I have booked flights a hotel as I am from London. I stand to lose £1000 or 1300 Euro but have heard nothing!

I paid 81£ for tickets worth 35£ thinking that was their actual value. + an extra 9£ delivery fee that is totally unnecessary as you might as well download the tickets online. The delivery guy left the tickets outside on the doorstep + I couldn't reach any customer service online for a refund + my previous reports were reported as abusive on this website + MY REFUND WAS REJECTED. I AM GOING TO THE POLICE

No Tickets
December 18, 2015

Do not use these cowboys, I purchased a concert ticket from Viagogo months prior to the event thinking I was off to the concert. However, on the 17 Dec 2015 (Concert was on the 19th Dec 2015) I got the following email "As you are already aware, we have been let down by your seller and despite our best efforts, we were not able to find any replacement tickets for you".
"As you are already aware"? -I don't think so, I sent them numerous emails during the last few days leading up to the concert asking where are my tickets. The above is the reply I got and who is the seller? - It might be just me but aren't Viagogo the seller!
Please don't think you've secured concert tickets just because they take your money. The vast majority of my emails were not answered and there is no telephone number to call. Also please be aware you have got to sign for the tickets which can be problematic if you work. And because they leave it so late, you could miss the postman and the concert may be the following day. Plus they are expensive.
Stay well clear.

Ordered and paid for tickets for Paul McCartney in his one-to-one concert upcoming in Brisbane Australia. Paid $500 for tickets worth half that but was happy to do so as I'm in my 60s and want to see Paul in concert again. It was only after reading all the critical reviews about viagogo that I started to worry. Lucky for me, I got an e-mail from viagogo to tell me that whoever was selling the tickets through them didn't have any. The e-mail had a link to the options that were now available to me. Naturally, at the top of the page were offers for alternative tickets for the same concert but at much higher prices. Thinking this could be a bait and switch routine, I scrolled down the page right to the bottom... and my luck was in because in small print was a REFUND option. I clicked it and two days later my credit card was refunded with the full amount. Thank goodness for automatic systems that viagogo seem to rely on. But, reading all these other reviews, I'm wondering how long it will be before this refund option is no longer available. In most countries is illegal to take money for goods that you do not have and viagogo did not have any tickets when they took my money. I have reported them under Australian Consumer Law but I doubt it will change their behaviour. For those who do not know, viagogo has an address in Switzerland where documents can be served on it. Their CEO is called Eric Baker and the company name and address is:
Viagogo AG
Rue de Lyon 109,
CH-1203
Genève, Switzerland

DO NOT USE!
March 23, 2017

If i could leave a 0 star rating i would! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Firstly, i booked tickets which i paid 160GBP for 2 seats in the nose-bleed section. I misplaced my tickets the day of the event which i admit was my fault. I called them and they told me 'it is my fault and there is nothing they can do'. They were not helpful at all! Wouldnt even contact the seller to see if there was a way he/she could help me out. I then went to the venue to buy new tickets. I paid 120GBP for 2 new tickets and i sat 10 rows from the front. So all in all,
1. I was ripped off buying overprices tickets
2. They did not help at all when i called them because of misplaced tickets
3. WORST company to deal with!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

DO NOT USE VIAGOGO! I purchased two tickets for Macbeth at the National Theatre for £245 for yesterday evening 15.06. Due to the negative stuff in the media about Viagogo I thought I should call the National Theatre to check the tickets were valid and that I wouldnt have a wasted journey to London and then be turned away from the event. The National confirmed the tickets were NOT VALID. When I contacted Viagogo through their email complaints system (you can never talk to an actual person) I have been told that I cannot have a refund and my only option is to resell the tickets, even though they ARE NOT VALID! I am extremely upset by the whole experience, I cant afford to just give away £245. I have been royally ripped off!

Will never buy from them again after purchasing tickets for WWE event in leeds for 9 year olds birthday. They insist they sent us an e mail advising the event had changed, it had an receipt confirmation that needed sending. When we realised hours after the event had happened we rang customer service, they insist the e mail was sent, can come up with no answer about the fact we did not acknowledge receipt, of the information, just that it was sent out as spam and customers should check spam!, will not accept the e mail was not sent, call us liars, refuse to discuss any further, because it is the customers resoonsibilty to suspect an event might change, and customers should check, this is the small print of your contract, and if you want to speak to them, they refuse to discuss as it is always the customers fault, and you can try to e mail customer services and they will not respond to either of the e mails you send them. Viagogo is a no go for me after losing £210 with the only explanation that we are liars. How this is a company to avoid customers being scammed I do not know!
