Verragio does make beautiful rings/bands as I loved mine! Key word loved. I recently sent my ring to Verragio to be serviced and THEY LOST IT. Not only are they NOT willing to compensate me but are trying to make to me settle for less of a ring than I originally had. I'm devastated by this loss. Terrible customer service and Barry Verragio is ignoring any of my concerns. Over the last month they have done nothing but give me the run around and try to brush this under the rug. Well enough is enough. You have taken something from me that you can never replace and I hope others will never endure what I have with this horrific experience.
I bought this ring in April and my fiancé loved it when I proposed to her with it. It was one of the couture rings that I bought from a approved Verragio retailer. Within 4 months the ring lost 3 stones. I sent it to Verragio under the "Lifetime Warranty" they said the crown was cracked, metal was missing and that they will have to charge me due to the fact that it is normal wear and tear. Now they are charging me $300 to fix my ring when I just paid over $4000 for the setting 4 months ago. Very bad customer service, they blame you for everything like your a criminal or something when they are the ones over charging for the ring. I bought this ring thinking I was lying for quality but I was just paying for the name brand which does not really have much to back it up. Very disappointed and my fiancé has been without a ring as I try to resolve the issue. I can't believe Verragio would put me in this situation after making so much money off of me
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING, IT CAME LATE (LA TO VEGAS). THEY SAID "YOU NO QUALIFY FOR REFUND"... WITH NO FURTHER EXPLANATION. SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE!
Answer: Terrible customer service for over a month of dealing with them loosing my ring. Barry Veraggio has ignored our concerns/emails and refuses to make this situation right. Devastated
