I sleep so much better, no more tossing and turning. So much more comfortable than I was on my old mattress.
Suggestion: At first I felt very hot, even though I was told the mattress had temperature regulating qualities. This seems to get better with time, and I was also told that it would dissipate over time as the gel material evens out.
I have only owned verlo mattresses. Your salesman in the Racine office was great.
Suggestion: The binding/edge. Ive only owned it 4 months and its caving on the side i sit on while getting into bed. All Other sides are fine of course because i only have one side to enter. For the amt of money i paid for just the mattress i am not happy.
I'm also not sleeping any worse. I'm not too picky about my mattress, so this is no surprise.
I didn't care for sale guy he came across rude. Made us feel like idiots and kept waving the binder around. I felt bullied into buying. But my husband is happy.
Suggestion: My back still hurts most mornings. One thing I HATE is that standard sheets don't work and your sheets are $100 each. We only have one set. Must save for another set
Suggestion: I asked for it to be made firmer and I would send it back to have it firmed but I don't want to be without it and deal with the picking up and dropping off.
Lifting of the upper portion helps.my husband's snoring..so I sleep better Have a good day

My new mattress is wonderful. Very comfortable. My new king size allows me to sleep without being crowded by the dogs. I should have done this sooner. I am sorry the store in Brookfield closed which is where we purchased the mattress. I know there are other stores in the area.

I love my new Verlo mattress, I have slept better from the first night. I ordered a 9" box thinking since I am tall it would be better for me, but it is actually too tall and I have to use a small step stool to get into bed and if I don't put one foot on the stool when getting out of bed, the angle of my pelvis on the mattress causes pain upon standing. I will be speaking to my local Verlo rep about switching to a 7" box.
Suggestion: That fact that it is heavier than my last one, just so I can rotate it by myself without assistance. So, basically nothing really.
The first day it arrive, slept much better the night. Thank you making a beautiful, comfortable, cool mattress.
Suggestion: I had got one sooner.
I didn't notice a difference at first, but having to sleep in a regular flat bed for a few nights and not being able to adjust the head of the bed to a comfortable height, I realized how much more comfortable my new bed is.
Suggestion: It seems to hold body heat a little more than our old one so I'm typically waking up hot all the time.

Suggestion: the free box spring is too low. I liked the height of my old mattress
I had to get the firmness adjusted, but now it's great.
Suggestion: I liked my former Verlo that I could flip. I'm a little doubtful about the turning but will give it a try.

Suggestion: Only complaint was the sheets. Love the bed and frame but dislike the sheets.
There have been discussions about having it adjusted. The wife is wanting a bit firmer It was a great choice!

Generally yes, but I do not think the cooling effect is working for me.
Suggestion: It was advertised as having a cooling effect and I think it does the opposite- traps heat so I wake up in the middle of the night because I'm way too hot. This didn't happen before this mattress.
Yes and No still thinking abt adding more stuffing per last e mail. Then think that might be throwing good$ after bad. using pillow to stuff in valley. Also thinking something at Kohl's suggested on f.b.
Suggestion: I could take it back and start over shopping.
I was skeptical when I first got the mattress because I kept rolling off, I couldn't sit at the end of my bed anymore, and I didn't trust that the soft top would soon be indented like the Verlo mattress I replaced. We spent three nights at a hotel last month and I could tell my body had adjusted to the new mattress at home because once home, my body was relieved. I have gotten better at placement on the bed and am not rolling off. I've decided that it's better to get good sleep than to be able to sit on the edge of my bed. I'm still concerned about carving valleys into the pillow top and sleep in the middle when not sleeping with my partner. Thanks for checking in.
Suggestion: The queen feels like a smaller bed with the soft top and I wish I'd gotten a king size based on how I feel when my partner and I are both in the bed. I don't like that the ends of my bed seem rounded and I can't sit on the edge of my bed to do my nightly routines without sliding off. I'm concerned about how hot I've been getting in bed now that the weather is getting warmer. I wonder what it will do to the wear of the soft top and the condition of matteress. Other than that, I sleep well nightly.
Suggestion: The sides of the pillow top go down to far when sitting on the edge.
I am sleeping fine but worry about being unable to rotate the mattess every 2 weeks for the first 3 months as the Delivery man said I MUST! There is no way I can do that! What is the point and if it is So necessary why wasn't I told by the salesman before purchase.
