Well after the comfort adjustment now the mattress feels just right. You guys have a fantastic customer service dept.
We are sleeping better because the hollow places made in our original mattress are not in the new one, but we still have hollow places in the new mattress. I am not happy with that.
Suggestion: In the 15 years we used our Sealy Posturpedic mattress, we had not places where our body made places where the mattress had depressions. We will soon be asking that you take the mattress back to the store to have the hollows filled up (if that is possible) .
I had to hire someone to help me move the new box spring upstairs to my bed and the box spring from my bed down to the guest room, as the new set did not fit properly on the bed in the guest room. The fit is still not as it should be, but it is better. But neither bed has the mattress/box spring unit I wanted it to have, that is, new unit in the guest room, no change on my bed.
Suggestion: I wish I had a mattress set that properly fit the bed frame.

at first the mattress was to firm. Verlo took it back after 30 days and turned the firm into softness and comfortableness. During the 30 day they gave me a foam filler mattress to put over the firm one. It helped a lot. got great service. Verlo mattress is worth the price,

I am still sleeping on my old Verlo mattress as the new one is on the guest bed so I haven't slept on it at all.
The mattress has very good support. And you do not notice if the other person gets out of bed during the night.
Yes and No. I was thinking of calling you to ask a few questions. The bed is comfortable, but I wake up warm almost every morning. I tried sleeping with one less blanket and even tried changing to a different mattress pad and still wake up warm, which I didn't do with my old mattress. What is the material on the mattress? Could that be the problem? I remember asking what was the difference between the V7 Sleep Cool feature and the Temperature Regulation that is on the V3 (and V7). I think you said if I don't wake up warm with my old mattress, then I should be fine with the V3.
Suggestion: See my earlier response about waking up warm every day
Delivery people where very bad. Dragged mattress across hardwood floor. Hit ceiling. Hit lights on fan. And didn't take old mattress.

Our backs are much better getting up in the mornings.
Not waking with shoulder or hip pain anymore.
Suggestion: It is really, really heavy. Very hard to change the linens. But worth it.

I have had people stay and they are very pleased with this mattress. It is very comfortable. I have slept on it myself and it is a nice mattress. I would recommend this one to others.

This is a difficult question to answer. I had surgery recently and didn't sleep well before surgery but that was restlessness and anxiety. I like the new mattress though as it is firm and supports my body. Thanks
Suggestion: It's kind of heavy and I haven't turned it yet but am not sure if I can.
I would say it is about the same. This is not related to the mattress but to sharing my bed with a senior dog who tends to want to sleep touching me making adjusting positions during the night difficult.
Suggestion: less height
Not sure our mattress was designed to be used on an adjustable frame. The mattress gets a little bunched up where it is bending. I would not tell anyone to run out and buy one like mine.
Suggestion: I wish I would have been able to sleep on other mattress before we bought into this type of mattress.
Suggestion: I wish we could get the gap between the headboard and mattress tighter.
