CUSTOMER NUMBER: *******

I have been trying since June 2021 to cancel my subscription. I have had numerous phone calls where I have had to wait over 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I work for the NHS and have better things to do on my days off. Finally, I got through last week after only 25 minutes. I was told they would not cancel my account for reasons that were not explained properly. I was told the call was recorded, but when I said I was also recording the call, which all my work calls are, Verdure (Sophie from Newcastle) put the phone down on me.

Sophie told me that I should expect debt collectors. Well listen here Verisure I have written to you and you still ignore my instructions, I therefore have no worries about defending a CCJ.
