Didn't received Expected and committed results as communicated before payment. If we are looking for help and getting in touch with the Detective firm it's their duty to figure out the things as per their ownership and a part of the duty. They have asked me to share the details as such doing spoon-feeding. If being a customer I will provide all details they whats need to hiring or seeking help from this kind of detective firm.

They deal and work like childish n totally unprofessional. It's my strong recommendation not to hire this firm or else u will be end up with frustration and fake hope. At the end you will lose money and time.

Extraordinary work is done by Venus Detective and the team, so giving Venus Detective Review. I contacted Venus Detective for 10 days of surveillance of my son. I and my wife both are working and living apart from my son. I got to know that from several days my son is not attending proper classes and is involved in other activities. Three months back, we approached Venus Detective for a follow-up case. Venus Detective was good at all times. We have also tried two more agencies as we want the best result and couldn't clarify to choose the right investigation company for my work. We do not have a satisfactory result from the other two. I just had to give it 1 star out of compulsion.it doesn't deserve this truly. This is 10k worth review I assure. This is a fraud company. I just had a look at the company's profile & was quite impressed seeing an all woman organization as they mentioned, being a woman myself wanted to support them. I gave them pre marital enquiry for a boy. Just 2 days later there was covid lockdown nationwide. I asked them if they were still working. They said no which is fair., so thought let's wait for the lockdown to be revoked. They resumed their work in lockdown phase 3 they said. I asked for update again. No updates, no replies and I called finally after 2 weeks to return the money back. Instead of giving an explanation update, this lady fumed. She just started shouting that she can't return the money & I can do whatever I want to. This is the customer satisfaction you get for 10k. So guys of you are rich enough & want to waste money then go ahead. Want to save some people who may read this. They are thugs not detectives

Last month, I approached Venus Detective Agency for my case of spouse surveillance. As I was doubt on his activity. They provide me 7 days surveillance in which they provide me photos and videos along with written report. I loved their working hierarchy level and their attitude towards work.
