Venus Detective

It was great to be at Venus Detective for investigation services. My husband was cheating on me. I was not able to understand what to do. Although mujhe evidences chaiye that apne doubt ko clear karne ke liye. But for that I need a professional detectives. Mere ak friend me mujhe Venus ke bare me bataya. With my questions in my mind, I approached them. But jab unlogo ne mere case solve kare ke diya. I was very happy. My all doubt cleared talking to Vanshika their marketing manager. I am thankful to them for collecting relevant facts. They work was really appreciable.

Three months back, we approached Venus Detective for a follow-up case. Venus Detective was good at all times. We have also tried two more agencies as we want the best result and couldn't clarify to choose the right investigation company for my work. We do not have a satisfactory result from the other two. Venus Detective started work with a trained investigation team and ended with a good report. Such a professional team working with Venus. Akriti Khatri herself is such a generous lady and such as her female investigation team. I always recommend them for investigation services.

I just had to give it 1 star out of compulsion.it doesn't deserve this truly. This is 10k worth review I assure. This is a fraud company. I just had a look at the company's profile & was quite impressed seeing an all woman organization as they mentioned, being a woman myself wanted to support them. I gave them pre marital enquiry for a boy. Just 2 days later there was covid lockdown nationwide. I asked them if they were still working. They said no which is fair., so thought let's wait for the lockdown to be revoked. They resumed their work in lockdown phase 3 they said. I asked for update again. No updates, no replies and I called finally after 2 weeks to return the money back. Instead of giving an explanation update, this lady fumed. She just started shouting that she can't return the money & I can do whatever I want to. This is the customer satisfaction you get for 10k. So guys of you are rich enough & want to waste money then go ahead. Want to save some people who may read this. They are thugs not detectives

I have contacted this company a few days back on their Toll-free no. But the kind of unprofessional and insensitive attitude that they had shown actually inspired to do more research about this company. With the kind of attitude that they had shown, I could easily get a feeling that they were ready to promise moon s and stars for money. Their main aim was to extract money through me, any how, even if that by making false unrealistic commitments.
When I further researched about this company, I realized that this company has got numerous customer grievance s spread across on internet. I further contacted some members of " Association of Private Detectives and Investigators" which is Registered and most respected All India Association of Private Detectives and Investigators (APDI). In fact, the Association has not even granted membership to this company due to its dubious and fraudulent behaviour.
If any of their customers has any grievance against them, they can contact APDI ( https://www.apdi.in/) in person and file a written complaint against this company which will be kept confidential by them and the customer will be provided full support without revealing his details. This Association through its members will also ensure that no harm or blackmailing is done by this company to the affected party. All complaints against this company will be forwarded to the SSP/Commissioner of Police of the respective area in person and the customer will also be guided for filling a case against this company with the Consumer Forum.
