VENUS Swimwear

Most of my wardrobe is Venus clothing. So I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. Bevause all of the clothing I have received was very trendy and of good quality. When I did have to make a return for an item that didn't fit right, I had no problems with returns either, as Venus refunded my money without any problems. I tend to think that more people report problem issues, because they are upset, and not many take the time to report when they've had good service.

I've been buying Venus clothing and swimsuits since before they had a website. I've never been disappointed in a purchase I made with them. The swimsuits are very high quality, and I love that you can custom make your swimsuit to your body shape. I've bought dresses, shirts, shorts... one of my favorite pairs of shorts ever, I got from them. Lasted about 10 years and wore them often. I'm 5'8 and a pretty consistent Medium. I'm 53 now, started buying from them when I was 29. I've literally NEVER been disappointed with my purchase.

I sometimes buy some items here when they are on sale. I always admire the quality offered. Thanks a lot

I have been super satisfied with Venus.com. It is the only site where I buy swim wear, always fits perfectly, high quality, made in the USA. Their other items from Dresses to lingerie to accessories never disappoint. There customer service is fast and friendly. Returns/exchanges are fast and free. Great sales and promotions!

I've been picking out Venus styles that I'd like to see my wife wear for years now. She's always been impressed with the value; quality, and fit. And, when my wife looks good she feels more confident and, for me it's a win-win! Thank you Venus.

I do not have anything negative to say about Venus. I receive my orders in 7-10 days. All of the clothing is excellent quality and they are true to size. They have a very nice and knowledgeable customer service. I never get tired of wearing these beautiful clothes.

I purchased this dress and absolutely love love love it! Very comfortable and fits nice. I am a thick girl and it feels good on, not clingy and the material is good quality.

I have been shopping with Venus for years! If you follow the sizing directions the swimwear is a perfect fit. When I lived up north my Venus swimwear lasted for YEARS! Now that I live in FL and swim all year I need to replace them every 2-3 years! The fit is perfect! I rinse them out in cold water after use but no other special care. Many times I get new ones just because I am tired of the old ones, not because they are worn out! I wait for the end of season (no such thing in FL!) and buy 4-5 each year. Great company and great products. Have had a problem only once and I received a replacement promptly. Have been shopping with them for 20 years!

Ordered 2 dresses and overalls. Fit perfect and great material. Will order again. Order also was received in less then 2 weeks.

I've ordered from Venus more times than I can count. I've never had issues with returns when I have received something that didn't quite fit right. The online chat reps are very helpful if you have questions. LOVE the items I get from Venus. Much more trustworthy than those awful foreign companies that advertise on Facebook. I actually love Venus. I've been shopping here for many years and I'm almost always satisfied. As for exchanging an item, all you have to do is let them know that you will be exchanging the item, give them the order number you're exchanging and they will charge you for the new item minus the shipping. Once your return item reaches them, they will issue a refund. You will have to pay to return the item either own your own or with the return label provided but you will not have to pay shipping for the exchanged item. You can even add more items to your exchange transaction and no shipping fee will be added for those items. They will also honour any coupons you used in the original order and apply it to the exchanged item. Venus is my go to for fabulous dresses, jumpsuits, jeans, sweaters, (tops and swimsuits (occasionally), and coats. Venus always comes thru when I need a vacation wardrobe and every year, my suitcase has nearly all selections from Venus. However, I do not shop there for shoes. I prefer genuine leather when purchasing footwear.

I was first introduced to Venus before my honeymoon (married 22 years now), when I ordered a couple of bikini bathing suits for the trip. I was hooked. I have never bought swimwear anywhere else since, and I buy most of my clothing there as well to this day. Their clothes are good quality, they're on point with the latest style trends, and their prices are very reasonable. They always have deals going too. The best thing about their swimwear is that for every color and pattern, there are several top and bottom styles to choose from, and you can mux and match to put together the bathing suit that you want. Their return process is easy, but I rarely need to use it because most of the clothes are true to size when it comes to fit. If you love wearing the hottest trends, but can't budget breaking the back for it, try Venus. You won't be disappointed. As I said, they have been my go-to place for clothes shopping for more than 20 years!

I have been shopping at Venus for a few years. I have probably ordered about eight times total. Besides the one time a rhinestone came off a pair of capri shorts which they sent me a new pair immediately, I have never had an issue with their bathing suits or clothes. I get a lot of compliments. I love Venus because their selection is different from local stores and the prices are fair.

This is my favourite online store at the moment. I've ordered many times this year and I love all my new clothes.
I live in Canada and I always read the reviews regarding sizes so I don't have to return any clothing.

I just received my latest order today and I love my boots and sweater coat.

I have NEVER had a bad customer service experience with Venus.com. Their team is always kind and professional, and goes the extra mile to resolve problems. I don't understand some of these reviews. I've called multiple times over the last few years and it always works out very well, in my favor. The clothing is perfect for large-chested women who don't necessarily have overweight bodies. Their clothing is flattering on "the girls" and makes me feel like a million bucks. Just follow the size charts and not what size you dream or think you are. Be realistic, order, and run with it!

I dont understand the bad reviews. I have been ordering from Venus for a while, somethings Ive had to return, only because it didnt look good on me. They always give a return label, that is such a plus. I have had no problems with shipping or returns. I think the clothes are very cute and the prices are good. Many years ago I ordered from them and I think most of the clothes are better now.

If you are not happy with your purchase they will make it right. The clothes are not name brand but look like they are. I cant afford to buy super expensive clothes so Venus is my go to for my wardrobe.

I bought the pinkish dress with the black embroidered flowers on the front. It's a tulip shape and made of a tulle fabric. I could not have been happier in a purchase, fit, comfort, feel, and style. My only problem is I may not find another occasion to wear it! It was prompt, true to size and just lovely. I would not hesitate to order from Venus again. I also picked some other dresses from on line companies that say they do returns but will not. All from China. I will from now on always check reviews and give this a 5 star!

I ordered a pair of peep toe boots and they only lasted a few months. I was walking and the heel bent backwards. I can no longer wear them because the heel is broken but I loved the boots. Over all I love their clothes and shoes this was the first issue I ever had :(

It's interesting how many bad reviews I've been so far, yet both times I've shopped on Venus, I had nothing but good service. The first time was great, my XS dress came in. Turned out to be a little big, but I am a thing gal, so that's normal, but nothing a little altering can't fix. The quality was great. My mother also loved her shirt I bought her. The second time, I ordered two dressed because I could not decide which one I wanted more. The package was shipped with UPS, but on a Thursday it was marked as delivered. It was supposed to be handed over to USPS, but for 5 days, I checked the USPS tracking number, but no updates were available. I was patient, but after the 5 days, I decided to rate the delivery as bad. I entered a review as to why I gave a bad delivery rating, and minutes after I received an email from Venus. They apologized and asked if I wanted to replace the items or a refund. I wanted the dresses so bad, so I decided to opt for a replacement. That same day, they reprocessed the order and it was delivered 3 days after. Such a great and smooth replacement order, and I appreciated the quick response. The size was perfect, nearly looks like a custom fit. Dress quality turned out amazing! Thank you Venus!
