I purchased a Panasonic lumix dmc-g85k for £506.88 p&p included. Upon purchase I'm told 6-8 days for delivery.
13 days later I message them and ask if my order will be here they say "we can't seem to see the order details can we have 24 to 48 hours to find what's happened" I say yes of course.
3 days later I go to live chat again speaking to Darnell this time he says we can't seem to find the order again can you give us 24 to 48 hours to try and find out what the issue is, this time i cancel the order and ask for refund
We can't confirm when you will have the refund but possibly the next 10 days
