I've been ordering from Vat19 for 5 years. Never had a problem. Always a fair deal & arrives on time! Plus, the videos are fun to watch.
I always get my kids the $99 mystery box at Christmas and break up the items ahead of time to wrap separately. This is my 4th year. This year was very disappointing. Far less in the box than past years. Stuff was not that original or special. Mostly junk. Not with a hundred dollars. I'm very disappointed.

We traveled to St Louis just for the VAT19 tour because my daughter is a HUGE fan. The tour exceeded our expectations! Our tour guide was wonderful and did a great job showing us around. We got to meet many of the cast members and get autographs. Everyone was very friendly and great with kids. My daughter is already asking when we can go again! I wish we could have met Jamie but he was out filming when our tour ended and we started looking for him. Hopefully next time!
I've ordered something once from this site 9 years ago. Never did any business with them again, I do not even have an account on this site. Now, after 9 years they suddenly start spamming me with their newsletter. Wow.

They have great gag gifts, a huge selection of odd, large, and amazing gummies, and have free shipping on top of that. My only complaint is the time it takes for shipping however that doesn't stop me from ordering

We've been fans of Vat19 for a while. We took a tour this week, and it was fabulous! We were also able to shop in the Vat19 warehouse, which was an experience all in itself. We love everything we got. And, our tour guide Abby rocked!
This is coming from a 10 yr old in the US but it's still a legit review. I love this site. My mom has bought me their Snactiv, which is mini chopsticks for your fingers. I love these. They fit perfectly and I love them. My dad bought a mystery box from there, And so many other things. Shipping isn't exactly fast. (This is based off of the snactiv. Took 4 business days to arrive when it says 4/5 but hey I'm not complaining. Overall, With my experience with Amazon and eBay This is also a great site. I didnt pay for any express shipping or whatever but i got my package in 10 days. It said that it would arrive in 4-6 days they were lying. Thier new slogan should be "vat19 where you get good products but bad shipping"

While most of our packages (over 95%) arrive within this timeframe (many even sooner because our warehouse is located in the middle of the country), it appears that yours was one of the unlucky few that didn't. My children and I had a fabulous time at the Vat19 tour! The moment we entered we were greated with a friendly smile! The staff took time out of thier day to meet and take pictures with each individual family in the tour and to sign autographs. This was so exciting for my kids. Equally as exciting to them was getting to shop in the warehouse of course! From start to finish we had an amazing time! Thank you to all of the crew at Vat19 for a great time!
I ordered a become a Laird or lady gift box for my teacher, 2 vat19 pens, and Melba's birthday cake soda. I have to say, the soda is sooo good! But very sugary and sweet. I got free shipping and expected it to come by New Year, but it arrived by the end of the week I ordered it! All and all, great site, would buy from them again!

I loved the tour of their office, filming set, and warehouse! Jamie personally led us and introduced us to many members of their crew. Everyone was so nice and even gave us their autographs. All the kids in our group loved it!

I haven't seen the merchandise. It was "shipped" two weeks ago, and customer support won't do anything until the order has been "21 days in transit". Odd considering that the page says "99% of packages arrive within 5-7 days". Just really poor service for a company servicing children.

Ordered some pickleballs and some spicy Carolina reaper pickles both are fantastic have been sharing with coworkers making their tongues turn green. All of them keep asking me where I got them and I tell him vat19 some have heard of it others haven't but they all want more LOL. Hope to be able to plan a visit soon.

My son and I absolutely loved our mystery box, so we ordered a larger one along with a few items that we enjoyed from the first one. You guys and gals rock, thank you so much. All the items we cool but my favorite was my shopping cart and got a good $#*! and giggles laugh out of my poop knife, won't get used, I'm a lady, okay questionable if you know me, more of a tom boy, but definitely love the novelty of it. I ordered one time from this company, and my order arrived quick with great packaging. I did have an issue with 1-3 of the stinger pops I ordered however, and customer service was quick to fix the issue and shipped a replacement package that day plus I got to keep the other package that was flawed. I will definitely be returning for more orders, and highly recommend this company to others.
We took the tour in St Louis and had an amazing time. The owner took the time to troubleshoot a user error issue that we had. They stand behind their fun products and are a very fun company with a talented crew. We are now big fans!
