Vampfangs

This alternative/goth site's looks good, they supposedly have cool stuff and the prices they have listed for things are lower than the competition. We placed an almost $100 order the week before Christmas. Today is Jan. 27 and still nothing. We have sent multiple e-mails requesting some sort of reply. Again, NOTHING! They used another "business" to collect the money the moment the order was placed. On the conformation form it told us they were not the business to come to for problems. That we were to refer back to Vampfangs if there were any issues. We have now gotten our money back through the credit card company. Don't get ripped off! AVOID Vampfangs.com!

I joined the monthly $25 subscription coffin box in This summer and they deducted the $25 for three months but I only received one box. The three $25 charges had been deducted from my paypal account, so I did a paypal chargeback to get my money back. I was refunded for $25 and they emailed me that my September box will be sent out soon. I have my doubts so Ill keep my chargeback option open! In the meantime, I have canceled my subscription.

I've Order some contacts I enter my info and their system keeps kicking me out I call that number and no one never answered I email them countless time and Rachel keeps saying the same Bull$#*! but never check to see what I'm $#*!ing about I want my refund NOW

They advertise that their contacts come in corrective strengths so I ordered them. After getting approval from my doctor, they sent me a non-corrective pair. They wont take them back but they did offer store credit after I return them. But the contacts I want dont actually come in corrective strengths and I dont want any other contacts. Now they're not even responding to my emails anymore. I'm stuck with contacts I can't wear or return or even exchange because of these a$$@#!&#. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT BOTHER WITH THESE GUYS! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
