The application process is fairly straightforward, but it was difficult to initially log in.
First time ever having art appraised and it was items that I had limited knowledge. I received responses within time that was mentioned. The level of detail was thorough and helped me understand the items.

We are sorry not to have been able to offer a range as to authenticity. Unfortunately with so many forgeries on the market, this is difficult to determine.

Sadly the team had not seen the item I placed for a valuation before and couldn't give a price. If they had done some research they will have seen them in a museum. I was told the Japanese assessor said it was not Japanese. They are in the museum of Tokyo and Okinawa so he doesn't really know much. While the website experience was fine, the item provided was mis-identified by the reviewer. It was identified as being created by a company in Budapest (Zsolany), but has now been definitively identified as a work by Guido Gambone.
