I have been well pleased with my order of my heated 16 gallon water tub for my horses. Has not had really cold weather yet but I feel sure it will work well and my horses will not have frozen water this winter.

My experience was easy and I found what I needed at the pricing that I could afford. The checkout was smooth and painless and my order was shipped promptly. They even sent me messages via e-mail as the order progressed through delivery. Definitely a 5 star experience.

The site was easy to navigate. There was confusion with my prescription. There was a delay in reaching out to my vet, but the reminder email was good so I could contact vet and ask them to contact Valley vet. Overall, good process once kinks worked out with vet approval.

I searched all over for a 6 inch bit and couldnt find any of decent quality for less than about $173 until Valley Vet. This is a very nice bit and great quality for a great price. Thank you Valley Vet!

I love how fast this website is and convenient. However, anytime I put in an order and select the option to have Valley Vet contact my vet... it doesn't happen. I've had to call my vet both times to call it in. Otherwise, I'm happy with my orders.

We buy all our dog's prescriptions from Valley Vet. The prescriptions are less expensive and the folks at Valley Vet go out of their way to be helpful. They call our local vet to renew prescriptions when we run out and they ship them to us promptly.
