I really needed a product for my horse after another vendor took 10 days with shipping delays only to have the wrong product arrive. I wish I had placed my order with Valley Vet to begin with. I went to the Valley Vet website at 1:58 P.M., placed the order, and it was accurately processed and shipped arriving in just 2 days here in Northern Minnesota.

I was a bit leery of ordering my dog's meds online but felt I really had to find a place that was affordable -- And ValleyVet was everything I hoped it would be and more. Quick service and I received the meds quicker than I imagined. Definitely will be re-ordering from them.

My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Valley Vet offers the same insulin that my local vet does but it's considerably less expensive at Valley. They ship very quickly and my dog and I are very happy.

We ordered 25 vaccines for dogs. Arrived quickly and dry ice was still partially frozen.
I make a point of following up with our local postal people when it is to arrive as they tend to hold on to things until it's convenient to them to deliver even though they are to be delivered in 24 hours. I tmight help if in large letters on the package it said
