Not an easy process. Why can we not do on line ticketing instead of driving so far to pick up tickets and then go to the place to get the boat?

Unable to print tickets or electronically load part of them due to poor connectivity. This resulted in me having to purchase tickets at the window.
The site was easy to navigate. Had a issue with payment and customer service was fast and responsive to my problem. Will definitely use again
