Good so far. We are looking forward to this once in a lifetime experience. Don't like not knowing what seats we have and Having to pick up the tickets in person is inconvenient but we are told it will be quick and easy. The front desk person reassured me that everything will be fine for September show.

I am a first time user and the website is easy to navigate. Prices are great. The issue was that instead of being able to go directly to the attraction, I had to go pick up the voucher for the attraction downtown 20 minutes away.

Initially I called customer service spoke to lady representative wobt put name, I inquired for adult age of promotional, was put on hold nobody came back to the phone-line...

Originally I gave 5 stars for ease of site use and great discount for seniors. But after receiving my confirmation email and finding out that I have to go downtown to pick up the tickets my satisfaction has dropped to 2 stars. Tickets should be available digitally.

Quick website entry. Nice layout and really like auto add. Thanks for being so great! However, I didn't like the way the ticket pickup was made. The website stated that we had to pick up the tickets at the welcome center. We got there and was told the tickets had been sent to the venue. We drove several miles out of our way to pickup the tickets. Every venue I know of uses the phone as the ticket entry.

Only after my payment was received did I get notified that I would have to travel to downtown San Antonio to pick up my tickets, which is an hour away from the venue and where finding parking is a nightmare and expensive! I never would have purchased the tickets if I had been told I would have to go to the downtown visitors center!

Service was great. It was easy and quick to place my order. Recommend using them.

The website is easy to use and I love that the other activity was offered for free!
