5150 interior whip not working when I got it now I have to wait for warranty or in till they figure out what happen I should get a replacement rite away or my $ back but no.very disappointing with utv source 😕 going with a better company next time

Ordered on 12-29-22 was supposed to get tracking info haven't received anything called there customer service /order support was on hold for over 30 minutes no one ever answered so sent 2 emails and it has been 4 days still haven't received an email response or phone call only thing that may be positive is went thru Amazon pay because I seen a review where someone posted that one of there employees had taken credit card info and tried using it in Dallas tx

Ordered 2 whips and only received 1. Filed a complaint and was told to ship the 1 whip back that I received and a refund would be issued. Almost 3 weeks had past by now, they received the whip and took another week and a half to process it. 2 days later I received a email that a package had shipped and I emailed them that if it wasn't 2 whips I would prefer a refund. Week later package shows up with again 1 whip. Are these people on Crack. I don't think they would rate a 1 star but that's my only option. Long story short I'm out of pocket $210, hope this helps the next person from being a victim.

Extremely poor - ordered a fuel tank and mounting kit for my new side by - (Nov 2021) they could not give me a status when I inquired in Jan and Mar. In May the mounting kit arrived - no tank yet - and no status available. Sent the kit back USPS - no tracking on my part (should have).

Just called them today 06/27 about why so long on tank - "was on back order" they said. Told them I returned mounting kit in May - USPS - they had no record of it and then questioned why I returned it -"I haven't got a tank - why do I need a mounting kit?" she couldn't understand why I would send it back.
2 months later I get the tank - unannounced.
By the way - I paid for everything last November.
Also - the packing slip in the tank box was blank.

I ordered clamps for our mirrors as we got a new roll cage. The picture was of 2 clamps we read through the entire description, and it never said they were sold separate. After hunting down my order shipped 2 weeks late, we only received 1 clamp and pay 33.00?!? When i called they said they were sold separately and wanted a picture so they could send me an RMA, which now i believe is to cover them from me canceling the charges on my card. They have since added it into the description and now I am left paying their stupid price! I will never purchase from them again. Every person I spoke with had poor English, which leads me to believe that they are just a scam!

I ordered a $1k set of CA Tech radius rods from this company. I didn't receive tracking. I was unable to reach them via phone, email or chat. Thanks to the great people at CA Tech. They provided me tracking info and a great product, which I could have purchased directly from them at the same price.

My husband and I ordered a tire from youtvsource.com April 13,2021. The tire was supposed to be shipped in 2 to 3 days, two weeks later it's still sitting in processing mode.

We have tried for several days to contact them via phone, email and chat and cannot for the life of us get a response.

No one answers their phones or emails. I feel like this is a huge scam. All I want is to know the status of our order and why it is still processing after all this time. It's extremely frustrating to realize that they took our money, yet we can't even talk to someone on the phone to give us answers. This place is a ripoff and a scam in my opinion

Don't waste your time. They won't answer any sales or tech support calls. They take 2 days to respond to an email. Also, they don't offer expedited shipping. And, sent me the wrong product.

Best price around. Ordered on a Sunday morning and recieved them on Wednesday. Excellent product and excellent service.
