It was shipped on time, stitched perfectly & fitted well. Dress looks almost same as the picture. Overall very happy with the purchase.
I am a valued customer and have purchased so many outfits through utsav and the first time I asked for a return request to be processed they are giving gay h a hard time. The cut and fit was not right for me and so I wanted a return. All tags in tact never worn. They keep asking for pictures and to show where it doesn't fit. Wow what nonsense. I am very disappointed with their treatment of a valued customer.
Knowing your size is the key to getting the item that will curb one's disappointment. I learned what my size is and am quite happy with my last purchase. Also it's nice to shop for special occasions without the hassle of not being able to find an outfit. Thanks
I had a good customer service experience through out the process. I just don't like their return policy …. Could improve on that department.
Just selected utsav randomly
Order was on time and fits perfectly however I gave 4 stars because Utsav tried to argue with me and insist that my measurements were something other than what I submitted because of the standards that they felt were correct according to my bust size but everyone is built different and finally my measurements were accepted and thankfully they were because the garment fits perfectly.
Has beautiful and affordable clothes at times
They delivered on time, 2 of the items came in earlier than stated. One of my items was no longer available after I ordered it, but they sent me a message with several options, change colour, pick another item or get a credit back, which I though was pretty good considering you hear horror stories about online orders. I chose to pick a different colour. Did not want to get into the hassle of credits.
I chose Utsav for the variety of price ranges. I do not always need expensive outfits if it’s not a family or close friends wedding or gatherings. I have ordered from them before and they delivered and the quality was decent, not the greatest, but still wearable while I ordered before from another site who had similar pricing and their quality was really really crappy. Have never worn those outfits and am ashamed to even donate them

I'm happy with my dress and its fit and price. I would have appreciated a warning from Utsav about paying duty on international shipping, though. It added significantly to my total price.

(I do wish they would lining for long sleeves items, and the neck line to be smaller as for one of the item that was readymade, it's so deep (front V neck) that I can't really wear it nicely. I would have to wear a crew neck underneath
But for customized items, recommend this. Tailoring is amazing. But I do wish they would add lining as it's very see through even for sleeves
I had a good experience ordering. Customer service was responsive and helpful. My only problem was getting the sizing right. I measured myself multiple times in conversation with the fit specialist but the garment arrived too small, so I will have to alter it and hope it works out.

The kurta I ordered was excellent quality and very comfortable. I wish that they took arm measurements so I didn't need to have to get my sleeves tailored after my kurta arrived, but the chest measurement was accurate.
Duty and taxes were also far more than I expected. I know that this isn't up to Utsav, but an estimated duty would have been appreciated.
