I am a valued customer and have purchased so many outfits through utsav and the first time I asked for a return request to be processed they are giving gay h a hard time. The cut and fit was not right for me and so I wanted a return. All tags in tact never worn. They keep asking for pictures and to show where it doesn't fit. Wow what nonsense. I am very disappointed with their treatment of a valued customer.

I am very disappointed with my order as it did not meet my expectation. The " paillettes" is made off carton paper which is in a way cheating. It is not worth the price at all.

I ordered 3 sarees. 2 received yet. Sarees are very beautiful. But I'm very disappointed with blouse. I ordered from USA.
The blouses are so big. Before place my order I chat with the customer service and tell them about the size to make sure. My blouse size is 30 but I received size 26 and size 32 and that are useless for me.

I would suggest that you think twice before ordering from this company. I ordered the embellished net lehenga in peach, paid over $100.00 for it, waited over aa month and when it arrived, it looked nothing like it was advertised on the website. Really disappointed in this company and its product. Product is unwearable.

I ordered shalwar kamiz and paid extra for fitting. And when it arrived it was way too small and ripped off on first try. Quality and color not as it saw in pictures.

Some Dresses are very unreasonable price. Other sites sell them for a much cheaper price. Not punching anymore

I had ordered 2 sarees with blouse for Durga Puja... before delivery, after long time wait (after 15 days aprx)... asked me that color not available & insist to purchase alternative color for a blouse & a saree. Just 7 days to go for Durga puja. I don't have choice to purchase for this puja... this a horrible experience. I'll not refer this site to purchase. Don't trust.

Their partially stitched is really unstitched items. Then when you return the item because you have no way of getting it stitched, they charge you for shipping (acceptable) and then do not refund the balance, they issue a store credit. Now I have no item and they are keeping my money. Disgusting.

My order worth ******* rupees is a total disaster. Very disappointed with this website. All I can say is don't purchase, making people fooled.

I had a horrible experience with an item they sent it had stains on it and ended up being a total nightmare to resolve. In good faith I gave them a second chance and ordered the same dress in a different colour and told them I did so. Even after that the dress arrived less then satisfactory. There was a small hole in the waistband at the front, the back buttons were stitched wrong and the build in cups were closer to my shoulder then my chest.

I bought 814 saree but they delivered 150 rupees saree... Call number also not reachable and mail id also not delivered... Fraud one

The suit is not worth the price... very substandard material used... really sad with the suit... very tight... no room for alteration... people who are going all gaga over the reviews here decieved me into buying online from utsav... never again would trust online shopping instead would trust relatives to send Indian clothes overseas.

Not sure where all the positive reviews come from. They seem cooked up. 1. Their pictures are very deceiving, and am not even talking about the accessories depicted on the pictures, just the major differences in the design. 2. Quality is poor. 3 out of the 4 dresses that I ordered have stonework and embroidery issues. Stonework is missing on very visible location and it is not just one or two pieces that are missing, but like at least 20. Embroidery is pulled here and there. Expect to fix or to fight for refund! Customer service started to ignore my complaint after I denied to accept their $30 refund to use towards fixes!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a size up (44) for a men's pyjamas because I wanted to ensure a comfortable fit. When I received the product the tag says a size 44 is actually 48 inches, 6 inches too wide for the friend I wished to gift it to who is a size 42. Nowhere in the description does it mention that many additional inches. I concede I did not wait the full 24 hours to my email response about this but they'd answered so quickly before via chat I did that. When I inquired about an exchange I was told there was a $25 restocking fee and I could use the remaining balance towards credit on an existing product, in this case the men's silk kurta pyjama in the size 42. No where is a restocking fee listed on the site, not even under "Returns". It sounded like I would need to pay shipping for the delivery of the exchanged product which I fully expected; I'll never know because they never contacted me back over live chat after waiting 30 minutes when I pointed these things out. When I call the number listed on the site it hangs up after one ring. My bad for not reading the reviews first. As for the quality of the product it's quite good but not impeccable. Good for the price. I wish the quality of fabric was more comparable to what the pic on the site looked like. The embroidery is stitched into the fabric versus on top of it. The buttons are good quality. The overall stitching is almost impeccable. There's some uneven cut fabric but its slight and on the inside, the wearer wouldn't even notice. The top has really well designed, almost invisibly stitched and very discreet pockets. I just regret that my friend may not be able to enjoy it properly.

As per site the Item was available in 1-3 days but they have posted after 10 days.

Highly disappointed!

I ordered a salwar almost a month ahead of Eid, and cancelled when I found out that it would reach me after Eid (although the sales rep confirmed me that I would receive it early, see below screen shot). When I tried to cancel they tried to hold back 10% as cancellation fee even though it was clearly their fault. After long back and forth IMs, they agreed to refund in full. Next day I received an email stating that if I still wanted the salwar, considering this as a special case they would like to deliver the salwar by the 24th of June (day before Eid). Before confirming the order I reconfirmed through the live chat regarding the delivery dates. It was getting so close to Eid (June 20th) I contacted them through live chat since I did not receive a dispatch confirmation. Then they irresponsibly said to me that the process has been delayed by two days since it did not pass the QC test and that it would not reach before Eid. They did not have the courtesy to even inform me well ahead of the issue until my inquiry. My concern is if they promised to handle this as a special case they should have watched this order more closely and given feedback either way since this order is time sensitive. Since they messed up my order I am literally left with zero options as what to wear for Eid (with 2 days to go) I'm only publishing this because no one should ever go through this during a special festival. However at the end of the chat I wanted someone from the management to call me. Two days has passed and I'm still waiting for the call.
It's annoying that they do not have a phone number contact them. Chat is the only way of communication.

BOTTOM LINE: It was a very unpleasant experience for me, would never shop with Utsav nor would I recommend it to anyone!

Ordered 4 products from utsav. 2 were ordered as the website said they were going to ship in 10 days - plenty of time before my brother's wedding I thought -20 days later, no one in the company can tell
Me when they will be shipped. Bunch of scamsters. Oh the other 2 products have been shipped 10 days ago - again no one can tell me where they are- meant to be 3-5 days to reach me... what a JOKE. Do NOT ever use this website. Would not even give them 1 star. Even if I ever receive my goods I can bet the quality will be complete rubbish. If only I knew the standard of this company before I used them. Ruined my brother's wedding for me

I'm a customer of utsav - okay - but STOP tracking my other internet activities and adding pop up advertising. Very clever technology that lets you identify that I bought a pale pink sari, but stop hassling me advertising for similar item. I'd rather by from a seller that does NOT HASSLE ME. Utsav... go away. Your advertising makes me want to never buy from you again. GOT IT? I prefer to be very polite but you have asked for clear feedback. Change your algorithm!

I ordered Pure Tussar Silk Banarasi Saree in Mustard (SWZ567)- it was USD138.24, for that I paid USD20.00 shipping and handling fee. They shipped the order by DHL, for that I paid $80 (why can't they use better services like Amazon does). And look at my order (picture attached). Its awful...
I also ordered Solid Color Rayon Cotton Straight Kurta in Light Green (TMM66_42) size 42, which is actually size 38.
They have tons of good testimonials on their website, wondering who is doing for them...

I found out about their website through facebook. I ordered a dress worth $220 + semi stitch charges + custom charges to be shipped to canada. The dress was worn off, threads hanging all over, ripped off from shoulders and dupatta. I was very frustrated and emailed them about it. Nobody in their office even replied to me. They were very fast to reply to emails during payment but after that its like a dead end. So please NEVER BUY FROM THEM IF YOU LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY.

Unethical, unprofessional joint with no professional integrity. I order 2 Dhoti kurtas, one was delivered, the second never came. I have been chasing for over a month now. Nothing. Sometimes they claim holidays, on other occasions quality control. They have no consideration for other people's time & money. Stay away from this dodgy mob. Once they have your money, they pretty much do what they like. They just bring a bad name to Indian businesses doing the right thing.

I ordered a kundan jewelry set that was priced at over $200 and looked like plastic. I asked for a refund and was given store credit + charged for the return... because after spending 200 dollars on plastic jewelry I was actually expected to want to shop at this store again. Total ripoff. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
