The outfits I ordered were even more beautiful in person. Everything was packed beautifully and professionally delivered. The fabric, threadwork, embroidery and stitching were perfect. I've been shopping at Utsav for more than 10 years and everything is always amazing. I just wish that Utsav would bring back the thank you gift they used to include with each order. It was usually a selection of earrings or necklaces.
I was out the country when my order arrived, despite that I can apparently only return an item if I let them know that something is wrong within 48 hours of delivery. It's a bonkers return policy. Also the item was incredibly poorly sized, the top was around a UK size 8 and the skirt would fit a 14/16. It's completely unwearable and I will have to resell it in parts as there's literally no bodyshape out there which would be able to wear this. Avoid this company at all costs!

I am a valued customer and have purchased so many outfits through utsav and the first time I asked for a return request to be processed they are giving gay h a hard time. The cut and fit was not right for me and so I wanted a return. All tags in tact never worn. They keep asking for pictures and to show where it doesn't fit. Wow what nonsense. I am very disappointed with their treatment of a valued customer.

I would suggest that you think twice before ordering from this company. I ordered the embellished net lehenga in peach, paid over $100.00 for it, waited over aa month and when it arrived, it looked nothing like it was advertised on the website. Really disappointed in this company and its product. Product is unwearable.
I bought 814 saree but they delivered 150 rupees saree... Call number also not reachable and mail id also not delivered... Fraud one

Sarees. I gave return request, they didn't respond via mail or call... Poor service , worst quality
They were unprofessional. They delayed the delivery of the order twice saying the material did not meet the quality control standards. Quality control must have a process in place, which would explain what was defective and what they are doing about it. In summary my order was delayed for weeks before it was delivered very recently. As a result, Ustab has lost a repeat customer for good.

I am not buying anything from Utsav Fashion. This is third time in a row when I received a cheap quality fabric.
Products are costly and quality is vey poor.
As a customer I am ready to pay extra but for quality stuff not for cheap fabric.
It was waste of time and money.

I ordered in end of June and it's November, they still have not sent my product or refunded me! I been going back and forth and they stating custom has returned their product… I received no calls, nothing and these customer service thief of Utsav are not refunding my money or giving me my product! Unethical business!

I have ordered ready to ship.lehenga for an event in april 11th. Today is may 1st and havent received it yet. After back and forth emails i am.hopijg they will send it now or at this point I want to cancel the order

This suit colour was matching with our bride’s dress so we ordered from utsav.

I bought a sequined saree and it looked so nice on the pictures. When I received it I was horrified to see how cheap the saree was. I have better curtains in my house than the saree you guys are selling on the website. Absolute trash..
I didn't like the product as the dress I ordered was completely a different color than the one I saw it on website

The dress arrived on time, however disappointed the material was not as described. Maxi Dress it was not cotton\linen as description on websites. Instead it looked like a synthetic stretchy elastic type fabric.

We determined the size as per your instruction. But the item, MGV1454_34 is tight. The instruction says in addition to actual chest size, you add two inches. But the reality is the additional two inches stitched inside the lining. Hence we need to alter the dress now. We have three dresses lying unused from the past orders. Either you stick to your wordings in the site or instruct the tailor.
They were totally unprofessional! Customer service was terrible! Hat quality not good at all, took a million years to arrive. And when I tried to get my refund, they only gave me half, and the other they didn't send to me, but told me that they did, and stuck to their story until I threaten legal action, NEVER BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!

I ordered Lehenga which looks very dull than what is displayed. With varying color of Duppatta than the Lehenga. Quality of the material is very low. Also the quality of stitching is bad.
The delivery was late and the clothes looked more pretty on the website than actual piece received.

Stitching of my wrap skirt they messed up and they have the worst return policy for US customers where you pay 19$
