The web sight was super easy to navigate and order from. My daughter got sick and I had to reschedule my date and they made it sooo easy and stress free, it literally took a minute to change. They came and set up, it was super easy and fast and same with take down

Very helpful staff who is willing to work with the customer. My kids have loved every bounce house we've gotten from Bouncin Bins and the popcorn and cotton candy machines are wonderful.

Ordering and set up was a great experience. Due to rain we were unable to use the bounce houses. The dunk tank had a massive leak in it and the water wouldn't stay. It was also reported that the cotton candy machine was not working properly.

Bouncin Bins Rental was amazing. I ordered last minute and the customer service from the phone call to the set up was amazing! I tipped extra for set up and take down because they were fast and efficient. I will definitely be renting from them again!

Experience was great. The bounce house was amazing pick up and drop off were perfect on time and did everything they said they would do. I did feel the price was a little high but overall it was a great experience!

This is the second time I've rented from Bouncin' Bins. Two things that might discourage me from using them in the future: 1) the automatic gratuity for the driver, who should be tipped but who should also just be paid properly for all the hard work. 2) The three hour window which turns out to be too short. Once you pay to rent it, it should be a whole day rental. Otherwise the experience has been seamless and pleasant.

It is voluntary, and is not required to book an event. We offer the up front tip option so you will not have to worry about tipping on the busy day of your party if you decide to tip.
As for the rental time, we offer 4,6, and 8 hour rentals and we would encourage customers to take advantage of the 2 free hours that we offer for repeat customers. We kept getting cut all over because of the connection between the slide down and the flat slide. Many also kept falling from the top ladder because there are not enough handholds to help you up and the top two were slippery like oil or something on them.

Bounce house set up was great! Fit perfect in the backyard with it not being a huge backyard and the kids loved it, despite it raining. Recommend and will be returning. I believe they also showed up early which was great as well. Also loved the Harry Potter banner provided.
