What I love the most is that I did not have to do anything, just seat and watch the. The tech did everything. My computer is clean, running fast, and protected. Thank you so much. Tech fixed the problems on my compter. She was also helpful in getting me setup with a program that would prevent most of the problems I was having. She was friendly and courtious. She gets 5 Stars.

When i first called on this issue i was very leary. I had just received a call supposedly from microsoft. It made me uncomfortable. The young man kept asking for more info about myself and payment.this made led me to call us global tech.all i can say is thank you thank you. I wasn't willing to trust easily. Jhon ortiz made me feel very at ease.he was very polite and soft spoken this was nice. My experience in the past with any other tech support they not as pleasant. Again THANK YOU hes a keeper! The technician JC was great. He was patient and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was able to point us to a special site to renew McAfee software for a better price which I really appreciate. There should be more customer support personnel like JC.

Melanie Greene was very professional and courteous. She made sure she took care of everything I needed. I talked with her last year and this year.
