My overall experience from the start to the finish was complete amazement and satisfaction. Every thing went well and I couldn't be more pleased.
I accidentally clicked this company's website. I was trying to contact the Symantec help desk, but since the tech was very helpful, I went ahead and engaged their one time service. Of course they found and repaired other issues with the computer.
They were also partially able to repair the Symantec issue, but after i hung up and tried to open my account I could not connect to the Symantec server. They tried to repair the connection but were unsuccessful. This fiasco turned to be a half-baked service. I demanded a refund, but has not seen any to date. Filed a dispute with my bank.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Customer service was very patient and in constant contact as remedying the situation.

I used US Global Service in 2016 to fix a virus on my Apple Desk Top. Michael Gibson helped me then and did an excellent job. I almost panicked when thought I couldn't locate their phone number or name of the company I wrote down 2years ago. I found the information and called and spoke with JC who provided me great service fixing my laptop Apple MacBook air that was running super slow and not working properly. Once again I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them.
