Overall polite efficient service

There were problems with my computer that were obviously beyond your technician's basic comprehension. The impressive thing was that your people stayed with the problem for many hours until it was resolved. I would absolutely trust your employees with any technical problem I have in the future. Also, the communication from your end was outstanding. Thank You for a job well done.

The service provided today was excellent. They took two computers that have been bogged down with lots of ugly unauthorized programs and cleaned them up and got them running at their best. It took most of the day, but the end result was great.

Very satisfied with the professionalism I received from both Christine and Rod! They were very helpful in many aspects of conversation relating to my inquiries. After the clean-up I had a lot of questions pertaining to my personal computer maintenance and was given accurate and thorough answers. Thank you for your help!
