I thought I was contacting support from McAfee, so I was briefly confused. Though the service took almost 4 hours, the price seemed appropriate for someone who knew what to do and where to go rather than my fumbling through programs and instructions.
My computer was all messed up...seems fine now.
The USGlobal techs were very helpful, patient, courteous and thorough in fixing my computer. My computer had viruses, adware and unwanted software on it. They kept in good touch with me and worked on it until the issues were resolved.

A little apprehensive at first with all the scamming done on the internet, the associate was very helpful and patient. This was very late around 11 p.m. they needed to work on my laptop until after 3 a.m. left me a chat. When i got up at 6:30 and tried my laptop i couldnt get any thing to work. Mad enough to eat the computer. Stewed for a few hours, called them again, fellow was very helpful and within a matter of minutes had everything back in working order. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he signed off. Well worth the money.
