I ordered high school textbooks from this site, only to have my credit card acount debitedin seconds and within an hour, emailed to inform me that the books i ordered over $300 worth were not available.and the funds would be put back on my card within 2-5 weeks, WHAT!? Once i complained via email(there isnt a phone number to talk to anyone) to 6 to 10 different people( by the names i realized i was dealing with an overseas operation., reason why no phone number) After many, many emails i was sent a heated email telling me basically to stop emailing them because the funds was put back on my Master card endind in xxxx, Problem- I don't have a Master Card, I used a Visa and it did not end with xxxx. Still waiting for my refund! Also was told that although site says BordersMarketplace, Borders does not own the site anymore or affilated at all with the site.
