Do not buy from this company. FRAUD. If you call - you get a answering machine. No one calls back. Send a email - they claim they will respond within 2 days. It's been a month. They sent me a battery that does not fit in my Apple. I think it a man working out of his garage. Now I am stuck with a 50.00 battery. I smell FRAUD. I found it on Nextag website. Bad Move
I bought a battery for my Toshiba laptop from the company and it is poor quality. Month ago I ask them to replace the battery by warranty the company provided. In last couple weeks they promise me every day by phone and chat the battery will send to me at evening, but I did not receive the replacement after the month I sent them the broken battery. Looks like the company sell unconditional products because the battery never work as promised: 2 hours instead 6 as Toshiba brand battery and after couple months my laptop start notice me I have to replace the battery
The battery arrived quickly and in within the expected time. Price was great and super cheap. I was unsure if the dell batery was really going to fit my laptop as it didn't seem like it was the official one from dell computers. I will definitely be back to USB Phone World.
