I am thrilled with how quickly my documents were processed and delivered. The entire experience was smooth and efficient. John went above and beyond to assist me.I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I was having issues with the web and Melissa helped me and get the thing done in no time. I will definitively use this service again.
I thought I was on my states website but I was not. But the time I paid the fee to fill out the application I found out I could have done at my local heath dept it was too late I already paid. NO in their defense I did not ask for a refund. It was my fault. Just thought I was applying for a copy of my baby's certificate through my state. But I just paid for the form to be filled out when they had them at my local Health Dept. but overall good service. I will pay more attention in the future. It is my first child and a LOT is going on that distracted me with possible custody issues.
