Tradezero, has unfortunately garnered a negative reputation for those looking to purchase coin. While the allure of a reduced price can be tempting, it is important to be cautious when dealing with this website. Numerous reports from dissatisfied customers detail their experiences of being scammed out of their money and left with no tangible product.
This sketchy operation lures in unsuspecting victims with seemingly unbeatable deals, only to disappear into thin air soon after receiving the payment. After months of waiting, customers have reported that they not only did not receive their promised miner, but also found themselves unable to get in touch with anyone from the website. This lack of communication only adds insult to injury, leaving customers feeling helpless and abandoned.
It is understandable how someone could be fooled by Tradezero's too-good-to-be-true pricing. However, it is important to be vigilant when making online purchases, especially when dealing with expensive technology,

Money invested in this company is lost. They will tell you that there is insurance, this is false. When you go to try and get your money out you will be passed around to different people, from Jane, to Anna Tutova, to Daniel. All con artists.

Compare to many, this is a good broker for international clients, but for the USA, it still needs to catch up a lot:
-Support has really improved over the years, so props to them for that.
-One of the best for shorting and day trades, but horrible for long term(Don't be fooled by the free commission trading).
-The free platform has bugs here and there(numbers don't update correctly).
-Their pro version actually works as advertised.

The real con: Their fee's are really the worse part and sole reason I urged anyone starting with trading to avoid them at all costs.(Put your 25k somewhere else) They will charge you ridiculous hidden fee's that you won't see anywhere else. Their website will conveniently not mention any of them, but there are a lot of written rules that will make you unprofitable with them. Some examples are high withdrawal fee's, they charge locate fee's during weekends. They also charge you fee's for short positions that you no longer have. Essentially after a day, you lose the shorts you did not execute, but payed to borrow. Not only do they take away the short you paid for, but they charged you 4x overnight for them even though you cannot reuse those locates. And many other hidden fee's you won't get reimbursed for.

The second biggest con: The company does not really care about it's customers. They do a good job at pretending like they do, but at the end of the day this company profits from tricking it's customers with regular fee's and they will fight to make sure you pay as many as them as possible.
