I ordered a Coyote brand grill that US Appliance had listed for 33% off the published price everywhere else. It arrived timely in showroom condition, ready to install. My sales associate, Stan, was helpful throughout the process and was spot on as to the delivery timing. The product and delivery were exactly as promised. I will use US Appliance the next time I need an appliance.

Site is easy to us. This refrigerator is to replace an older model that quit and I have been waiting 3 months for a part.
I'm happy with the shopping experience but everything about the delivery experience was horrible, start to finish. It took two months to receive because "I'm in a remote location" which is ridiculous because I am not, and I order a lot of things online which arrive in a normal timely manner. I was unable to track online and when I would call there would be no helpful information, except that it's in transit and I should wait for a call to schedule delivery. Then I get an email telling me that if I don't schedule delivery by such and such date I will be charged a warehousing fee. I call about this and I'm told they received the product at the delivery warehouse a few days before and that someone should have called me to schedule delivery. When I was finally scheduled for delivery, they didn't show up and didn't call or answer their phone. Then they showed up on a Friday evening when we were heading out the door for an important engagement and not prepared to receive. (We needed to move our old refrigerator to make room for the new one) The whole thing was a complete fiasco! The discounted price on the product was NOT worth all the stress, worry and inconvenience. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from this company.

I have only placed the order. So far, so good.
The packaging was damaged and backside of the oven damaged. This was cosmetic, sent pics and spoke with Tammi Kopel. The customer service that I received, was excellent from Tammi. She was extremely professional and seemed genuinely concerned with my satisfaction, as a customer. I tested the oven and elected to receive a credit, as opposed to returning the oven.
Hope that you are aware of the valued employee you have in Tammi. If she were in Florida, I'd recruit her!
