The live chat with Dom was very helpful. I was given the 800# to Dacor and called them first to verify specifications before ordering. I feel confident that I have the right items purchased.
However upon installation it was discovered that DACORs assembly of the down draft was lacking in 2 screws that were actually located in the bottom of the item instead of being screwed into their corresponding holes. We had to take the entire thing apart and yes there they where lying loose at the bottom. 45 additional minuets to take apart and the put back together. DACOR needs to tighten up their supervision when these are assembled.
Ease of shopping. Only reason I gave one star re how pleased we are with product received is because it is for a new home and has not been installed yet.

The prices are great. The freight company that delivered the washer and dryer, ABF was amazing. From the coordination of delivery, great follow through, and the delivery guy was very nice, dropped it in the garage, just as efficient as UPS/FedEx.
Washer and dryer were in perfect condition, saved about $600. Over HomeDepot/Lowes. Overall it was well worth order through US Appliance.com.

The only thing missing is the country of manufacture. I am hoping fo American made I would have been happier with U.S manufactured. The top burners had a disconnected wire and would not light, a service call did get it fixed four days later.
