Easy to navigate website

Easy to navigate website. Beat the next closest competitor by over $300 even after taxes were factored in on their site and NOT on the other. The driver arrived and was helpful, patient, and friendly. Products came in good condition. There may have been a minor issue with the refrigerator, but the freight carrier made it easy to report said potential flaw in order for me to later return the item if that is necessary. Overall, very easy and good business relationship. I would do business with US-Appliance again and would readily recommend their products and services to others.

US appliance was very easy to buy from and had a great price. I have no problems with them and I would buy from again. The problem I have is with the shipping company that was to deliver to my home. They never called to say they was coming. They just showed up and expected us to be there at 11am on a Tuesday. Like no one works. The truck they was using did not have a lift gate and there was only the driver to remove a 73 inch chest freezer in a box on a crate. So this weighed over 350lbs. And he wanted to drop it out of the truck and just leave it. When I told him he needed to come on a different day with a lift gate so not to damage the freezer he had some words for me and said they will get back to me when that would be. 10 days went by I called them to see when they was coming and they said when they get to it. I said when was that to be and they said the driver told them that I wanted it to be delivered only on a certain day when I was to be there and when they had a lift gate truck to deliver. They said they did not know when I wanted it to be delivered so they had no plans to deliver the item. I told them I was able to help the driver on a Wednesday and I told the driver that and we did need a lift gate so not to damage the freezer. They said they would get back to me. The next Wednesday came and I had to call them again to see if they was to deliver. They said yes and it was good for I was hoping to have it some day. But I had to call them again and again and again when they are the ones who need to communicate to when they have the item to deliver and when they can. If I did not need the item I for sure would have just returned it and gone elsewhere for the hassle the shipping company is. If the company can choose another shipping company I would highly recommend it for I will not deal with them again.
