These guys are awesome. I had been using my headphones for quite a few months and they broke, so I used the warranty and they had a new pair shippsed to me right away.

Then the new pair must have broken in the shipping process, so I emailed them letting them know and they sent me a new pair right away - no questions asked. They didn't even make me send the broken pair back.

I was super impressed with their quality of customer service. Would highly recommend

I had 2 Urbanears Kransen earbud sets and both of them crapped out on me in well less than a year. They are not cheap,( I believe I paid $40 USD) so you would think you would get a quality product with a favorable warranty. They honored the warranty the first time and sent me a new pair, but the second time they denied it. Be careful purchasing from them. I know they have some pricier products so ready the fine print. I won't but another one of their products.

I will never ever buy something in their shop. Totally lost me as an costumer. Charged me over 20 for a refound. And the "new" headphones are much worse than my old once.

Terrible Customer Support
December 15, 2015

I ordered my Plattan ADV Wireless headphones in late November. Not the last days of November, but late November; November 22 to be exact. It took Urbanears until December 13 to BEGIN shipping my headphones. Because of how long it was taking, I emailed their customer support about a week and a half after ordering, asking how long it would take for them to ship my order. It took them three days to send me an automated response telling me that when my order was shipped, I would receive an email with tracking information. Obviously, this was not what I had asked for, so I was already quite unhappy with their service. Then, two weeks later, on December 12, I emailed them again since they still had not shipped my order. This time, however, I specifically requested to speak to a human representative rather than receiving another automated response. Despite my request, I received the exact same response I had gotten the first time I had emailed their support. In each of their emails they ask you to reply if you want to add to your initial support email, so I did. I told them that I was going to give them a bad review because their customer support was terrible with their automated responses, which I informed them that I expected were chosen based on keywords in customer emails. To my surprise, I was wrong! In response to this email, once again, I got the same exact response as to my previous two emails! I still have not received my order, though it did only ship yesterday. I wouldn't be surprised if I never got it. I would NOT recommend ordering directly from this company regardless of headphone quality. Please look elsewhere!
