Scam. Good downloads will be offered for a few days and then end just after the refund period runs out. I contacted UploadGig and they admitted not to own the files. Was told to contact the Reseller who set up the scam. Burnt.
Paid for premium, account NEVER got activated. Contacted support, they took 8 days to reply - saying they need to investigate and asking me to 'be patient'. Been 37 days now, no response from them.
I've tried getting in touch with them through mail as well, no answer. Tried through tickets - no answer.
STAY AWAY - most likely some scammy file hosting reseller from a third world country with non-existant support, no payment invoice system or anything.
The $#*!est Service in my 5 year online career. There main aim is to force you for package upgradation. Broken link, No try,, browser stopped working blah blah blah. Highly unrecommended
Purchased Premium account. No VPN connection allowed. Daily limit of just 50GB. Download speeds is terribly slow. None existent customer service. Need I say more?
