I have been requesting for withdrawals countless times, each time I try they will find an excuse, they come back to say I should cancel the withdrawal or reduce the amount and process another one, such frustrations yet they refuse to pay. I got tired of it and when after I tried logging in again their website was not functioning.My loss and withdrawal issues has been resolved and my money returned, my email is on my profile write me i am willing to share helpful tips about my procedures.

My worst experience of all time is dealing with Uphold. I lost a lot trading with them, plans down the drain and they won't stop pressuring for more funds but they won't allow my own withdrawal. I read a review about them on a forum and how (Solvlyin) via telegram was able to get money back from them. I reluctantly reached out and i can say it was the best thing i ever did to help myself. I got refund in just few weeks of works. Please don't lose hope!

Purchased XRP off of uphold and transferred it out to my cold wallet 3 days ago. It's still not in my cold wallet, when I go to the transaction on uphold it's still sitting in their reserve chain and they have yet to give me an explanation as to why my funds haven't been released. They are liars and scammers and you will have to take legal action to get your money out.

No assistance, cannot withdraw funds
Not had an issue before, now due to using the card for some purchases the AI system 'investigated' my account for three weeks, then closed my account after a couple of years of use, with no explanation or questions. I complained and asked for clarification, nothing.

I've emailed multiple times for assistance, nothing. Ticketing system is completely unhelpful.

Now, I cannot withdraw my funds. And there is only finnassettrack that help me i was able to get my money back with their help and support.

They are thieves, beware of Joseph, he calls himself an account manager, but he is just a thief, this company stole 3000 dollars from me, i do not know why they like to scam, i think they scam for a living. Am tracking the money now with the help of broadoak-capital. Com,glad i got everything they owe me out.

Account blocked out of nowhere, there were no transactions for at least 4 months at all. Now they are holding on to about $150,000 worth of coins (which can't be transferred out of uphold anyway). Anyhow, no warning, no further information on how to get back the money.
I wish I read previous reviews before getting involved with them. Just awful. Don't leave anything on exchanges if you want to sleep well!

To be honest, I've been through the worst time of my life and am just lucky to have been introduced to the professionals who have helped me. I had $288 in a dogecoin account and I added 2,000 from a usd account and it INSTANTLY DROPPED DOWN TO $2,124, Erasing all the earnings from the jump in Dogecoin last night. There is also no place even in transaction details that actually tells me how much you are charging for transaction costs.

They need to be reported for securities / crypto exchange fraud. Total garbage.

Firstly, Uphold have the highest fees I've seen, they are extortionate, and they apply them at multiple places, making themselves richer and us poorer.
Next, their support is hopeless, it's slow and mostly computer generated replies.
For these reasons I moved my crypto to Cryptopay, much lower fees and much faster support from friendly humans.
It seems Uphold didn't like this as they now want a ton of info about my transactions including source of funds, relationship with myself and more, and they want supporting documents, or they might limit my account!
Enough is enough, I tried to close my account but even that is not simple with upload no, you need a zero balance, but my balance is too low to withdraw.
Uphold, if you read this, please just close my account and give any remaining balance to a children's charity
Everyone else, do yourself a favour, avoid Uphold, go to Cryptopay or a similar exchange, it will save you money and stress!
It seems that since I added a review on another review site, Uphold too exception, they have suspended my account, and are conducting a review into my account during which time my funds are frozen! You really could not make it up could you? They have just had a rather strong reply to their email telling them exactly what to do with their review, and once again telling them to close my account and to give any remaining funds to charity or put it towards training customer services!
