Recently Rachel with customer service has been very attentive and helpful on an issue with an supposed ly "unlocked phone" that is permanently locked. I'm gonna try it again with an exchange. If the second phone has the same issue, I'm sure Rachel will be just as helpful.

Yugster has some really great deals. There are so many to look through also. The Junk boxes I have not had any luck with. Shipping takes a while, but that the price of low costs.
The name of the site, Yugster, doesn't do it justice. However, cool neat fantastic and great priced stuff dot com wouldn't probably or either. Three years of buying and all I have found are deals that you can't beat. Try a Plugsters Box if you want a surprise. Always has had at least one item ore than worth the purchase. From electronics to socks to bedding, I've bought it all. Yugster is one of my top three go to sites everyday.
