The offer did sound good when I bought it, 3nights in Niagara falls for $300+. Unfortunately with the pandemic it was slightly more challenging as the city was shutdown and I couldn't reschedule or cancel. Also because of the pandemic, booking straight from the hotel was also cheaper than the deal I got from Unsold.com. After a quick chat and without any struggle they informed me about the price match policy. They ended up refunding me a portion of my stay.
Overall, the timing was not the best for a trip and due to circumstances I didn't end up having a great time for my short time off vacation in Niagara Falls but the process from the customer service actually blew my mind how well it went. Compared to so many companies trying to fight as much as possible not to give anything back, this was refreshing. Glad this tricky experience has some good turns at the end.
