I tried two different (and cheaper) companies to unlock my phone before using Unlockriver but both times I was given codes that didn't work. Unlockriver was more expensive and had longer processing times but they provided me with the right code and I was finally able to unlock my phone! They also kept me posted during the process with emails, let me know that my order was still being processed.

These guys work fine (or better than fine). The model of my phone which I wanted to unlock was not in their list, but --- surprise--surprise-- I got a quick AND POSITIVE response to my question about what to do with its unlocking. The rest was quick and pleasant. The price was fine, transition to PayPal was smooth, and the unlocking code was delivered quickly and it worked. I am always excited by the work well done. And this is no exception. Thank you!

They are super helpful in all the ways. I was very suspicious about this page because I thought it was a scam but it really isn't! The only problem is the price but it's really worth it. The email for my unlock arrived in the 13th business day and my phone works perfectly with my sim card since then. I am really thankful for their EXCELLENT service and customer support. If you are planning to unlock your phone do it with them!

I recently tries to switch my phone to a different carrier and discovered that it was locked to the original network. Since I had bought the phone used, I wasn't associated with the original network.
