Josh helped us with 2 sets of listings and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We had quite the difficult task for him with how our business is set up, but through his constant communication we were able to get everything done that was needed. These guys really do what they say they are going to do. They have got all of our information correct and in many different places and I actually own my own information! Yext will hold you hostage and keep making you pay year after year---Not these guys!

I am very pleased with my listings after hiring Local Listing Ninja. I had so many different listings that were old and out of date that i had been trying to straighten out on my own and mostly all i got was sales calls from Yext, Yellow Pages and every site i tried to make changes. I would ask how much and the prices were out of line to say the least.

I was absolutely thrilled with the idea that I would have a one time fee for the Local Listing Ninja service AND I would own all of the accounts under my profile information with a spreadsheet for reference. With Yext, THEY own your listings and if you ever stop paying, your listings revert back to the way they were.

The customer service has been excellent. In order to verify some of the listings I was only available on the weekend. Josh agreed to call me at a specific date and time on a Saturday to go over the verification process. He has stayed in touch with me to make sure that I was satisfied with everything. The service and support is hard to believe but this is the only local listing service you'll ever need.

We came across Local Listing Ninja while looking up reviews for Yext. After reading the comparison between these two services, we decided to go with LLN.

We can safely say that this is a must-have service for any small business owner. Local Listing Ninja did a fantastic job placing our business on various websites across the Internet. After they finished all of the listings, they sent us all of the usernames and passwords to manage the listings ourselves. This is exactly what we needed: full control over our listings. We have been using YEXT for years and I was wondering why I pay $500 a year for a service that updates your business information when my business information never changes. I cancelled YEXT and tried Local Listing Ninja as I liked the idea of a one time fee and owning the listings permanently. I was very pleased with the responsiveness, level of service, and follow through. I have already seen an increase in traffic. I highly recommend.
