I purchased 128 citations from a small company 2 weeks ago and only 23 had indexed and now it went back down to 16 as of today. Is there something you do differently to get your citations to index. If you can help me resolve this issue I will use your services as I build multiple websites for different clients. Thanks

Hey Scott, that's a great question. We do have a different process that gets at least 85% of our citations indexed. However, there does seem to be some level of attrition although it doesn't look too steep. Maybe 4-5 listings don't stay in the index out of the 85% that do? Somewhere around there. We're still running tests to see the full effect of it. We also wonder if Google indexes it initially, does it still count toward your ranking even if they pull it from the index? My hunch is yes, as it creates an impression in the index database at least once but as with most nuances with Google, we can't be very sure.

I can say that out of all the listing services that I've tried myself, we by far get the most indexed and therefore, you will get the most bang for your buck with us.

Does that make sense?
