I ordered a goalie cup from Universal lacrosse, it was an in stock item. 2 day shipping. After 3 days I contacted them because I did not receive a shipping number, note they only have Voice Mail and will get back to you. They charged my card at time of the internet order. The CS stated the order was in process, I asked for a shipping date. Stated "soon". I called aging to the VM, and when they called back, they would not provide a shipping date. I asked for my card to be refunded, they refuse they stated they will not since the order is in process. I wrote several times to the online customer service option, with no response. 6 days with no shipping information, on 2 day shipping, and refusal to cancel order.

Ordered pads for my son on 4 March they have not arrived and their customer service is horrible they will not help. They keep saying its left their facility and it of their hands which is complete bs. This is the second item that they say is lost by usps which never left their facility at all because it say shipping label created not scanned in which all usps people I know say this is utter crap!

Not recommended if you NEED the equipment now

Their website shows that it takes 1-2 days to process an order. I ordered "after hours" on March 26 (Friday). On Thursday, April 1, I requested the tracking info; to which their customer service person pointed out that I ordered after hours and they do not ship or process orders over the weekend. It can take 24-48 hours to process the order. I replied that it had been 4 business days (6 calendar days) and we would be leaving town in a few days. No reply! On Friday night, the order was still "processing" so I requested a cancellation. Saturday, I received an email that it was shipped on Friday, April 2; though the tracker shows it was still at their facility and had not been received by UPS. Mind you, I stated that we were leaving town... the customer service nameless person clearly did nothing to follow up. One of their shipping options is Priority Mail. This usually gets things to the recipient within a couple of days... but they shipped it via UPS GROUND. It could take a week!

On Monday, April 5, the nameless person replied again that it could not be cancelled because its in transit. Again, this nameless person did nothing to follow up because it still shows "label created" as the status and has not even been received by UPS.

I am beyond frustrated that their customer service person will not follow up and continues to reply with lame responses.
