I had to call 3 times regarding my order. First time 5 days after ordering- I was told that it was shipped, the tracking number was invalid. The next day I called, I was told that it also shipped and it was at my mail hub and should be delivered that day. Which I never received that day or at all. I had the post office look up the tracking number and it was invalid. The third time I called the gentleman looked it up and said that it was invalid and he would ship it second day. I finally received my needles but I had to call 3 times to get updates.

I always receive my order quickly. If something is not available when I place my order they contact me to let me know and ask if I want to wait and have everything sent at the same time or have them send what they have. The only time I had a problem I contacted costumer service and they took cared of it quickly.

Usually I get my thread pretty quick. I placed my order on 3/29 and didn't receive an email for processing until like the 2nd or 3rd and didn't receive my thread until the 8th. This was the longest it has taken. Hopefully can receive it faster in the future. I do like the quick and easy use of your website though!

Made the order on Apr 4th. For overnight! Had a project to do! Expected it would have ship that Friday, but it didn't, until I emailed the company! Then I got a invalid tracking number for the weekend. Order showed up Monday the 8th. I guess you think that was great
