Always get product in a satisfactory time
On my last couple of orders I have been very unhappy with the time it has taken to receive my order. For this reason I have decided that I will no longer shop with United Thread. Please let me know if there has been a particular reason for these delays and if you plan to resolve them. I would be happy to give it another shot but I would expect that orders processed before a certain time of the day should ship out that same day.

I contacted United Thread customer service with a problem I was having. They were so helpful they won me over as a customer for life.
United was excellent in processing my order. The problem was with the shipping carrier. It took from June 10 to the 14th to get to Texas, then sat there for a week. I finally received my order yesterday, June 22. The order was correct, excellent packing, JUST SHIPPING. It did take customer service from Wednesday to today (Sunday) to respond to my email.
