Have had very good luck with you and prices seem good compared to others. You appear to be a large carrier of Isacord thread but I have not been able to locate some colors patterns requested by their numbers.
It was hard to navigate the sale pages. I wanted to shop by color group and it was hard to get back to the page to select a new group.

I've have only had one issue where I didn't get my order and I truly think some one took it off my porch. I contacted customer service immediately and it was replaced quickly and all was well.
