It's more than a meal planner—Unimeal keeps me accountable with progress tracking and reminders. It feels like I've got a coach in my pocket.
If I could give Unimeal zero stars, I would. This company is a complete ripoff. They lure you in with misleading pricing and deceptive advertising, then hit you with hidden charges. When I realized they had overcharged me and requested a refund, they flat-out refused, citing their vague and unfair policies. Their so-called "personalized" meal plans are nothing special—you could get the same generic advice from a free app. Customer service is a joke. They ignore complaints, refuse to issue refunds, and show no regard for their customers' concerns. Save yourself the headache (and your money). Unimeal is nothing but a predatory company that cares more about squeezing cash out of people than actually providing value. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a meal-planning service.

Do not touch this company, so unprofessional, if you ask for a refund there's no way you'll get one, they are very difficult to deal with.

BEWARE! Scam with payments where they force you to pay more. Once you pay for your membership you are prompted to add on. No way forward or back. If you move forward you will be charged $50. Once I realized I immediately wrote and canceled mboth subscriptions. At that point I was told I would be contacted by billing manager after review. Billing manager contacts me and tells me they will not refund my money due to their policy. Do not use this app, it is a scam and honestly not at all good. User friendliness below zero, all it has is the options to make you pay more.
They keeping charged from my subscription. Even though I requested cancel the subscription. They refused to refund even the service doesn't work😡. Avoiding from this app, if you don't want to waste your money and time to deal with them.
Unimeal helped me to make my everyday routine more structured - readymade short workouts, exact time of meals (which I choose myself) and shopping list for grocery stores. When I didn't have time for shopping, I gave it to my husband so I could follow the plan anyway. My family supported me; they liked a couple of recipes so much that they asked me to cook them for dinner several times!
Like this app, especially the shopping list option. Now I don't need to write down the list of the products for my husband before he goes to the supermarket :D
Is it possible to include my diet preferences to a meal plan? Many people write that this can be done.
